CWP 100 RO System 5,000 to 13,000 GPD
The CWP 100 offers cost-effective, consistent delivery of AAMI grade water according to ANSI/AMMI/ISO 13959:2009 for dialysis at the point of use. This system is designed to meet all current standards for dialysis quality water. The automated heat disinfection of the distribution loop and the automated chemical disinfection of the RO and membranes simply and easily reduce biofilm development.
With the need for better bacteria control in hemodialysis water systems, Mar Cor Purification has taken the hot water disinfection technology that is accepted in the pharmaceutical industry and applied it to the 4400HX system design including the reverse osmosis machine. The fully integrated design of the RO and distribution system is the first in the industry.

The 4400M reverse osmosis line of water purification devices was introduced to the hemodialysis market in the United States back in early 2000. Since then, it has proven to be a straight-forward and economical system, making it both reliable and easy-to-operate.
Designed specifically for the demanding California hemodialysis market, the FR-4 reverse osmosis machine is built to produce high quality product water from some of the most difficult feed waters in the region. The FR-4 uses unique element configurations of varying types controlled by adjustable recoveries to regulate flows and output.
Designed primarily for acute hemodialysis settings, the 2200 reverse osmosis machine can produce high-quality water to meet the demand for dialyzing as many as six patients. As a complete water system, the RO can be set-up in either a Direct feed or Indirect feed mode of operation.
