Over the
years, Mar Cor Purification has installed
hundreds of lab grade water systems.
We supply centrally distributed systems
as well as point of use polishing
equipment.
Our central systems supply water to
glassware washers, autoclaves, cage
washers, and point of use polishing
units. Our systems incorporate such
technologies as reverse osmosis, deionization,
ultrafiltration, ultraviolet systems
and absolute cartridge filtration.
Point-of-use applications include
water for tissue culture, invitro
fertilization, HPLC, GC, MS, IC and
TOC just to mention a few.
One need
of all laboratories is pure water.
Without the proper conditions, tests
can be contaminated by particulates
in the source water. We understand
laboratories special needs and concerns
regarding the high purity of their
water source. We offer a complete
water system for lab water configuration
with our 4400 Reverse Osmosis line
of machines, pretreatment equipment
and Storage and Distribution systems.
For individual Labs that require additional
purification, we provide polish systems
using service deionization equipment
to achieve 15-18 megohm quality water.
We have an experienced team of Application
Specialists that are experts in designing
the appropriate system to meet the
specific needs of the laboratory environment.
EasyPure
II Compact Lab Water Systems 0.8
to 1.2 LPM
The systems compact design allows
ultrapure water to be placed within
easy access of your use. Microprocessor-controlled
purity monitor provides digital
resistivity readings, temperature
compensated to 25°C.
Each system produces water that
exceeds all ASTM, NCCLS and CAP
Type I water standards. Ideal
for laboratories requiring <
15 liters per day of high quality
water. Delivers between 0.8 and
1.2 liters of ultrapure water
per minute (depending on feedwater
pressure and unit type.)
> Compact design to save
bench space
> Feed water and application
specific cartridges optimize
performance
> Volumetric and timed dispense
features allow unattended monitoring
> System alert if water quality
is below set point
> Two-year parts warranty
Differences
between the NANOpure and Easypure
series Generally,
the Easypure is a series that
is for low flowrate and usage
( less than 15 liters/day).
The Diamond has more features
and accessories. For all models,
the feed TOC must be below 1.0
ppm for them to achieve the
TOC levels stated in the catalogue.
Some other differences
are the Diamond series has a
2 year warranty vs. 1 year for
the Easypure. Diamond series
has an option for IQ/OQ documents
whereas the Easypure does not
have this option. The cartridge
kits include the 0.2 final filter
, the Easypure kits do not.
4400 RO System 4,000 to 24,000
GPD
This
model is our most popular system.
Its strength lies in its sturdy
design, low maintenance requirements
and task flexibility. The 4400
Series is adaptable to supply
high purity water for almost any
situation. The largest 4400 system
can produce up to 25,000 gallons
per day.
This
is our small volume reverse osmosis
system. Its strength lies in its
small footprint, easy setup and
minimal capital cost.
The 3300 Series is designed to
supply high purity water for many
low volume applications. The largest
3300 system can produce up to
3,300 gallons per day.
We offer Poratable DI Exchange
services that are designed and
configured to meet your water
purity requirements, flow rates
and budget. Only state-of-the-art
ion exchange resins are employed
to guarantee the highest, most
consistent water quality. Our
fully documented resin regeneration
process and stringent quality
control program ensure consistency
in our product and complete traceability
of each and every service vessel.
We use only the purest chemicals
available to regenerate our ion
exchange resins and each service
unit is thoroughly sanitized before
filling.
